Making everything a calorie burner

Being a SAHM is a lot more work then I ever thought it would be.

Before I had kids I did not realize how much Mom’s did during the day. I do find it a challenge to get my workout in as I am always busy running errands, doing dishes, laundry, and just being at my children’s beck-n-call.

What I eat for lunch, every day.

I have never been one for supplement shakes, protein bars, or any kind of nutritional meal replacement, but since about June of 2011 I have changed my tune a little bit.

I don’t do a lot of meal replacements but I have found that if I do one for lunch it does help me eat less and have more energy during my normal “down time.”

There are two shakes that I go back and forth between and I will compare the pros and cons for each and how and why I take them.

They are Beachbody’s Shakeology and Healthy Herbal Nutrients Quicky Shakes. There are reasons for both, I have found and I will share them with you now. Read the rest of this entry »

My P90X weight loss

I blogged, in detail, my P90X weight loss journey. Rather then screwing up google rankings and re-post my posts to this webpage I thought I would share my links with you. I love P90X so much I even purchases P90X2. I was scared at first as I thought there was not way I would be able to finish it, but I was wrong…I DID finish it and am doing again!
